Faculty

Qualification : Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/ psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc. Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.
Desirable : Retd. Bank Official with working experience as Officer and candidate having experience of working as Faculty, Rural Development With qualification stated above, will get preference.
Experience : Should be well conversant with local language. Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.
Salary : The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.20000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.
Age Limit: Less than 65 Years with Sound Health
Office Assistant
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.
Desirable: Knowledge in basic accounting and book keeping
Experience : Should be well conversant with the local language. Should be resident of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.
Salary : The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.12000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.
Age Limit : 35 Years with Sound Health
Councellor FLCC
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : (i) Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.
Desirable: Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centres / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
Experience : Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service Of which at least 15 years in Officer cadre. (ii) He should have worked Branch Manager in any scale in rural branch for at least 3 years R as AFO (Agriculture Finance fficer) in a Rural Branch for a eriod of 3 years. (iii) He should lave unblemished record and ossess satisfactory service ertificate from the previous mployer. (iv) Should be well onversant with local language. v) Should have retired from cale-ll or above. (vi) Should be ident of the same State, referably same or nearby district.
Age Limit : Less than 65 years with sound Health.
Selection Procedure : The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Society must in this regard shall be final.

Experience : should have retired on VRS or on attaining super annuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre in Bank . He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years.have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer Should be well conversant with the local language. FIT Should have retired from Scale-Ill or above for RSETls vi) Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district.
