We at TDM fabrics, a family-run company, deal in quality grey and dyed fabrics since 1990. Our innovation in fabrics has helped us achieve excellence in the textile value chain. Specializing in the RMG sector, our diverse and ever-changing range includes cotton, Blend, denim, linen, viscose fabrics, and canvas.
We feel proud to provide fabrics that give our customers unique, stylish, quality & designer products. We have made our relationships with the leading suppliers like Raymond, Vardhman, Pee Vee, etc over the years to bring you the best & unique fabrics, both fresh and stock, without waste & ethical implications of the manufacturer.
The fabric that we store also include deadstock items, which means that they are the end of the line, mill overruns, canceled order, or designer over excess fabrics. The fabric is a waste product in the fashion industry & this would often end up in a landfill. Hence we are reducing waste & ethical implication of manufacturing.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and stocking fabric samples
2. Arranging and sending fabric samples to customers and followup thereof
3. Stocking and updating sample shelves by removing sold items
4. Arranging and maintaining product display
5. Ensuring that the store and shelves are stocked
6. Working and communicating with buyers to determine their needs to help them serve better
7. Helping maximize sales and maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment
8. Bringing new ways to market the brand and getting a better brand visibility
9. Designing a few apparels/garments for display
