Job Description
- Assist the styling team in planning, preparing, and executing photo shoots and video shoots.
- Help in selecting clothing, accessories, and props based on the project or campaign brief.
- Coordinate with models, photographers, makeup artists, and other creatives on set.
- Organise and maintain styling kits, inventory, and sample collections..
- Research fashion trends, designer collections, and seasonal looks.
- Support with fittings, garment steaming, and outfit preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized styling studio or workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Styling Support:

Assist the lead stylist in assembling outfits for editorial shoots, fashion shows, influencer collaborations, or product campaigns.

Help in coordinating wardrobe pieces, accessories, and props to align with specific themes or brand aesthetics.

Create mood boards, lookbooks, and outfit planning guides as directed.
2. Research and Trend Monitoring:

Conduct trend research across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, fashion blogs, and magazines.

Identify emerging fashion trends and report on seasonal style movements.

Assist in sourcing styling inspiration for upcoming shoots or promotional campaigns.
3. Wardrobe Organization:

Manage and organize styling inventory including garments, footwear, accessories, and fashion props.

Ensure all items are clean, pressed, and in shoot-ready condition.

Support with the check-in/check-out process for borrowed or purchased pieces.
4. Shoot Preparation and On-Set Assistance:

Help prepare styling kits, organize outfits, and transport clothing to shoot locations.

Assist models or talent with fittings and outfit changes.

Support during shoots by adjusting outfits, ensuring continuity, and coordinating accessories.
5. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with designers, photographers, makeup artists, and models.

Participate in pre-production meetings and contribute to styling plans.

Communicate styling requirements to team members and follow up on sourcing needs.
6. Digital Styling and Content Support:

Curate outfits for social media posts, reels, and behind-the-scenes stories.

Contribute to content ideas that showcase new looks, trends, or styling hacks.

Assist in planning seasonal or theme-based campaigns for social channels.
