Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Education Counselor to join our team at West Highlander.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify prospective customers, lead prospecting (Inside sales) and conversion.
Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals, background, and eligibility for visas.
Present suitable immigration solutions and services based on the client's profile and preferences.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the progress of their applications.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely responses.
Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned
Increase the number of qualified leads and potential clients in the sales pipeline.
Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Regularly follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and move them through the sales process.
