Job Summary:
Looking for a smart, presentable, and confident Female Sales and Marketing Executive - Field Sales in Bhopal. The candidate must have good communication skills and a passion for marketing and client interaction.
Requirements:
- 0–1 years experience (freshers welcome).
- Graduate in any stream.
- Fluent in Hindi.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales Activities:

Conduct door-to-door visits, retail shop calls, or client meetings to promote and sell products or services.

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new client accounts.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product solutions.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
2. Marketing and Promotions:

Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities in the field.

Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples.

Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support marketing strategies.

Participate in product launches, exhibitions, and trade fairs as needed.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints.

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.

Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build trust and encourage repeat business.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
4. Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports detailing activities, leads, and sales achieved.

Report competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to management.

Maintain records of payments, orders, and product deliveries.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
