Job Description

Responsibilities-

  • Will handle workshop discrepancies
  • Handle cab audit and inspection
  • Should be good technically

City Field Executives
KRA
KPI

RMT Field Executives (including workshop quality audits)
Quality Audits at workshops
Compliance to Audit (Minimum 10 cars audit & feedback as per process

Feedback & Penalties
Cost recovered in driver abuse penalties/number of abuse cases recorded

Field support for RMT tickets handling for escalated cases with technical evaluation
escalated cases /Total vehicles serviced in appointed workshops, Repeat Jobs for the same car

Training for relevant people at workshops & process adherence
TAT per ticket for appointed workshops

Relationship management with Vendors (Issues resolving)

Desired Candidate :

Skill Set Required

  • Preferably B.Tech/BE/Mechanical Diploma holder with 1.5 Experience in relevant field.
  • Should be good in MIS report
