The Field Executive – Valet Operations & Compliance manages the full lifecycle of valets on the ValetEZ platform, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused services. This field-based role requires regular travel to hotels, malls, restaurants, events, and corporate sites. Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding valets, verifying documents, conducting compliance checks, and training on ValetEZ app usage, safety, and customer service standards. The role oversees shift allocation, monitors live job status via dashboards, troubleshoots operational issues, and ensures accurate job acceptance and closure. Field Executives perform spot checks for grooming, uniform, and vehicle handling, while acting as the first escalation point for valets and customers. By enforcing discipline, resolving issues, and maintaining service quality, the Field Executive ensures smooth operations and consistency with ValetEZ brand standards.
