Description:
Field Maintenance Engineer is a role with the purpose to manage the telecom BTS sites. FME along with the Rigger will perform preventive maintenance of the site and rectify the faults in time.
Responsibilities
· FME must have sound knowledge on Nokia Equipment.
· Must have knowledge on type of Technology which is currently in use. (Like:- 2G/FDD/TDD/L-2100/L-900/SMALL CELL/Twin beam/CA/MIMO….etc.)
· Must Have detailed knowledge of troubleshooting the Equipment ( Like:- Air scale BTS, FSMF etc.)
· Must have knowledge of MW equipment and its troubleshooting. (Like: - SDH/PDH/CERAGON IP-10/IP-20 IDU equipment’s).
· Must have experience of Alarm handling and troubleshooting of BTS as well as MW Equipment.
· Ensure 24x7 operational functionality
· Monitor adherence of quality control standards at the site
Requirements -
- Understanding of Operation processes & Quality standards
- Understanding of 2G, 4G, 5G systems
- Understanding of MW, UBR, Fiber systems
- Confident, and Self-Motivated
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization
- Knowledge of various field tools
- Soft Skill & Behavioral Competency: Effective communication, Persuading & Influencing, Collaborative, Positive Attitude, Adaptive and Team Player
- Should have 5G handset
