Job Title: Field Marketing Executive - PEB and Roofing
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: 25,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance)
Experience: 0 1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Industry: Construction / Building Materials / PEB / Roofing Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote PEB and roofing products to prospective customers, including contractors, architects, and builders.
- Conduct field visits to construction sites, industrial areas, and potential client locations.
- Generate leads through direct visits, field promotions, and relationship building.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples to potential customers.
- Assist the sales team in setting up product presentations and client meetings.
- Conduct market surveys to gather information about competitors, customer needs, and project opportunities.
- Maintain daily records of field activities and submit reports to the marketing manager.
- Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and roadshows when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Preferred fields: Marketing, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines or Mechanical Engineer).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Basic understanding of the construction/building materials industry is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred (travel allowances will be provided).
