Supervising at patient place, understanding proper care has been taken by the caregiver/Nurse or not.

Record Maintenance of Patient history
Interact with patients by doing patient visits to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate and provide solutions to customer that is timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and customer-centric.
Responsible for resolving customer queries through inbound/outbound calls.
Ensure timely service audits.
Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
Be able to manage large amounts of phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support
Place the customer at the center of the customer service experience
Candidate must be willing to travel local areas of Mumbai.
