Job Description

This is primarily a outdoor position where the candidate needs to go to work with our technical/engineering team, and get the designs/prototypes locally fabricated within Bangalore at quick-turnaround speed.
Knowledge of local Bangalore manufacturing ecosystem.

Should have basic knowledge of fabrication process -

Rolling, Bending, Cutting (Gas, Wire EDM, Plasma, Water-jet, Laser, Shearing)
Welding - Arc, gas, TIG, MIG
Can build relationships with local job workers and fabricators
Good understanding of production drawings, GD&T etc.
Should be pro-active in field work
Should be able to move around the industrial area (Peenya/ Bomassandra) (Two-wheeler driving skill is mandatory )
Basic Computer Skill
Work management schedule keep up/ on time delivery
Commitment & keep up delivery schedule as per the PPC plan.
Kannada and English is MUST!! Hindi is optional.
A typical day will involve (but not limited to) discussion of drawing with the team, taking the drawings to fabricators, interacting with fabricator/ team during the process.
This expects the candidate to be very pro-active, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
