Role Description:
- Candidate would have to visit the sellers in his allotted market region daily.
- Candidate should have good verbal skills
- Candidate should know the basic knowledge of excel including Vlookup
- Candidate would be responsible for building and maintaining good repo with his sellers.
- Candidate would be assigned the following responsibilities:
- Creating and uploading the catalog of all his assigned sellers
- Resolving all order related operational disputes with the seller like packaging, payments, invoice printing, shipping label printing etc.
- Take feedback about all pain points faced by the seller and communicate it in the relevant channels.
