Job Description

  • Daily 8 Hours (Morning 6 am - 10 am / Evening 6 pm - 10 pm) in Mumbai, Nashik and Pune
  • This is a direct Product Marketing - Commission Sales Role where we pay Rs. 50 Per Packet to the Intern directly and can earn upto Rs. 5000 Per Day based on the platform we are offering to them
  • For Initial 3 Months Period as Probation Period.
  • Only for Freshers to Kick Start their Career Journey
  • This is Not Internship but Paid Employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory to promote and sell products or services.

  • Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and scheduled appointments to generate leads and convert them into sales.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Understand customer needs, offer appropriate product solutions, and negotiate prices and terms to close sales.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

  • Collect and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity to the sales team.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities using CRM software.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify new sales opportunities and support promotional campaigns.

  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or related sales roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
