Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Insurance Direct sales

Job Purpose:

To drive insurance sales through proactive client engagement, lead generation, and portfolio management, in alignment with the company’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution & Target Achievement
    • Implement sales and marketing strategies as per company guidelines.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field activities.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion
    • Identify potential clients through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
    • Convert leads into successful sales by presenting suitable insurance solutions.
  • Client Needs Assessment
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements.
    • Recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to client needs.
  • Portfolio Management
    • Retain and grow assigned client portfolio through regular follow-ups.
    • Ensure timely renewals and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Building
    • Provide prompt and effective resolution to client queries and concerns.
    • Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
    • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
    • Stay updated with insurance products across providers.
    • Continuously upgrade knowledge to offer competitive and relevant solutions.
