Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Visit clients to promote and sell IT & security products (CCTV, Biometrics, Intercoms, etc.)

Generate new leads and follow up on prospects

Meet sales targets and report daily activities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Coordinate with the installation and support team
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.

Generate leads, conduct initial meetings, and qualify prospects in alignment with company sales strategies.

Visit potential and existing customers regularly to present products or services, offer solutions, and build rapport.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications or service benefits to prospective clients.

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual) through effective territory management and strategic selling.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive customer retention and repeat business.

Act as the key point of contact between the company and customers, responding to inquiries, providing quotes, and resolving complaints efficiently.

Understand clients’ business needs and tailor product or service offerings accordingly.

Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, or sales processes.
Territory Management
-
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the assigned territory including key market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly route schedules to optimize client visits and maximize productivity.

Maintain accurate records of sales visits, activities, opportunities, and client information using CRM tools or reporting systems.
Reporting & Analysis

Submit regular sales reports and updates on performance against KPIs to the Sales Manager.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities or potential risks.

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Contracting

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients in line with company policies and profit margins.

Ensure timely closure of sales contracts and follow up on the delivery of goods or services.

Monitor client payment schedules and coordinate with finance for collection efforts if needed.
