Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Sales Executives to join our digital payment onboarding and merchant acquisition team. As a Field Sales Executive, your primary role will be to visit shops and local businesses, promote our digital services (such as QR codes, soundbox, and other financial solutions), and complete the onboarding process.
This is a field-based role that requires daily outdoor travel. You must have your own bike and smartphone. This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who want to earn daily wages and performance-based incentives through consistent on-ground work.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Education: 10th Pass or above

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Vehicle: Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) is mandatory

Mobile Phone: Must have a working Android smartphone
-
Experience: Not required, but field sales or delivery experience is a plus

Language: Must speak local language; basic Hindi or English helpful
Key Responsibilities:

Visit shops, retail outlets, vendors, and local businesses daily as per assigned area

Pitch and explain our merchant services (QR Code, Soundbox, Card Machine, etc.)

Register merchants using the mobile app and complete KYC process

Educate merchants on how to use us for collections and transactions

Achieve daily and monthly merchant acquisition targets

Submit daily reports and attendance through the company app

Maintain good relationship with merchants to retain service usage
Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary: Based on daily attendance
-
Incentives: Performance-based, paid based on new merchant activations and device sales

Fuel Charges: Not provided (candidates must bear their own travel cost)

Salary Cycle: 16th of current month to 15th of next month

Payout Date: As per company policy (typically by month-end)
