Job Description
Job Title: Interior Business Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Business Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our interior design and fit-out services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for interior design, and the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into successful projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
Meet potential clients to understand their interior design and fit-out requirements.
Present company services, design solutions, and project portfolios to prospective clients.
Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, fit-out, construction, or related industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (if applicable).
Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and project workflows.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to read basic floor plans and understand space planning concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Monthly and quarterly sales revenue achieved.
Number of new clients acquired.
Lead-to-conversion ratio.
Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Value of projects secured.
