Job Description

Its a completely field work, visit customer tell them about our product if they are interest to buy collect the details from our customer side.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify new customers and market opportunities through field visits, cold calls, door-to-door outreach, and local business networking.

Promote and sell products/services by visiting retail stores, small businesses, dealers, distributors, or end-users depending on industry.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

Demonstrate product features, explain benefits, handle customer queries, and offer pricing details to close deals effectively.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Act as the point of contact for existing clients, resolving issues promptly and providing after-sales support.

Gather customer feedback and report back to management for continuous product or service improvement.
3. Market Research and Reporting:

Conduct on-ground surveys and competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.

Monitor the activities of competitors and report insights that may affect business decisions.

Maintain a detailed record of customer visits, interactions, leads generated, deals closed, and follow-up actions in CRM tools or daily reporting formats.
4. Product Knowledge and Presentation:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and promotional offers.

Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key features and competitive advantages.

Train and educate channel partners, dealers, or retailers on product features and positioning (if applicable).
5. Coordination and Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the internal sales team, marketing team, and logistics for order fulfillment, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.

Participate in daily or weekly sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
6. Territory and Route Management:

Plan daily routes and territory visits in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner.

Maximize coverage of potential clients within the assigned area while maintaining a balanced travel schedule.
