Job Description

1) Lead Generation By Attending Various Activities like Station, Mall, Society, Exhibition Etc.

2) Reporting to Team Leader and Manager

3) Site Visit Follow-up & Confirmation

4) Going for Site Visit with Client and Taking Efforts in Plot Bookings.

5) Calling At Office On Saturday and Sunday

6) Target and gain new clients for business growth.

7) Generate reports for effective marketing and sales planning.

8) Maintain a relationship with the existing customer and focus to make new clients and so increase the sales of the company.

9) Negotiate payment and pricing with the customer on behalf of the company and thus makes the deal favorable for both customer and the organization.
