Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This role involves direct, on-ground customer engagement to sell the company’s products or services to individual customers or businesses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling locally, have strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to meet sales targets consistently.
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for customer acquisition, relationship building, and market development. This is a target-driven role that demands high energy, initiative, and customer-focused selling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Acquisition:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and market research.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers at their home, business, or in public places.

Promote and sell company products/services by explaining their features, benefits, and pricing.

Match customer needs to suitable products based on eligibility, budget, and usage.
2. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through consistent lead generation efforts.

Follow up on inquiries, leads, and previous meetings to maximize conversion rates.

Use local knowledge to identify new sales opportunities in assigned areas.
3. Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries, issues, or concerns as needed.

Ensure a positive customer experience and high levels of satisfaction.
4. Product Demonstration and Promotion:

Demonstrate product use or explain services with samples, catalogs, or presentations.

Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) and participate in promotional campaigns or field events.

Represent the brand professionally and positively in the market.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Submit daily sales reports, lead updates, and meeting logs to the sales manager.

Assist in completing sales forms, contracts, and documentation as required.
6. Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed assigned monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.

Work proactively to ensure consistent performance and contribution to team goals.
