Job Description
We are seeking energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join the ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The role involves meeting retail store owners, explaining the benefits of the software, and encouraging them to try it for free for the first month, followed by an annual subscription of ₹999.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your assigned city or area.
- Achieve a revenue target of twice your monthly salary, with additional incentives for exceeding targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
- Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
- Work independently in the field while maintaining regular communication with the manager remotely.
Work Mode & Timings
- Location: Any area within your assigned city
- Work Mode: Field work (no daily office attendance required)
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)
- Process: 1-month probation period followed by full-time employment
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred)
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience may apply
- Languages: Good communication skills in the regional language and basic English
Salary & Benefits
- 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives
- Graduates: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000 per month take-home) + Incentives
- Transport Allowance: ₹100 per day
- Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment above the target number

A Day in the Life of a Field Executive
- Present the ShinePoints brochure and pitch the software to various retail shops (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)
- Visit 10–15 stores per day within your assigned area
- Spend 5–10 minutes explaining the benefits to the shopkeeper and 2 minutes onboarding them into the free trial
- Create a login instantly using your mobile/tablet to activate the free 1-month offer
- Revisit shops after 1 month to collect feedback and convert them to an annual subscription
- Ask for referrals from satisfied clients to expand your network
- Achieve or exceed a target of 50 store tie-ups per month to earn additional incentives
- Update your daily report via mobile; no office visit required
