We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in FMCG sector, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential retailers, wholesalers, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Food Manufacturing industry or FMCG sector.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

· Willingness to travel as needed.

Working Schedule:

· Monday to Saturday

· 09:30 am to 6:30 pm
