Job Description
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels
Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients
Understand client needs and provide appropriate property recommendations
Negotiate and close property sales deals
Maintain an updated knowledge of market trends and properties
Prepare and deliver presentations about the real estate market and properties
Manage and maintain a portfolio of listings and contacts
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales role
Strong understanding of the real estate market and property laws
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
