Job Responsibilities

Applications Engineer would be responsible for the below:

• To provide advance technical support for the product range that involves software, firmware, networking, Speaker Management and other sophisticated capabilities.

• To develop and conduct trainings for the customers on the assigned product range using appropriate means (e.g. offline and onsite training certification, webinar, etc.).

• To provide General Technical Support to the customers (e.g. Technical Proposal) via Sales Team.

• To provide technical assistance in the designs/integration according to customer applications relating to complexed audio and A/V systems.

• To resolve issues related to advance applications and customer applications including performing follow-up technical support.

• To provide inputs on products improvement and modification based on customer requirements.

• To review the new products for proper use/integration with other products including performing field tests to gain familiarity and working knowledge.

• To support/assist the Sales and Marketing teams during the trade shows as Team Member.

• To support the Marketing team in terms of providing technical information for marketing materials.

• To provide the technical support for the launch of new products.

Qualification / Requirements

• Academic degree in related area or equivalent work experience of 5-6years (minimum).

• Should have working experience of Audio- Visual Design Concept and BOQ Formation.

• Should have sound knowledge of Video Conferencing Technology.

• Should have worked closely with Audio Consultants / System Integrators and should be able to coordinate, assist in developing projects related to Auditorium / Conference Halls etc;

• Should be able to make boq, specifications / tenders etc.

• Should be able to make complete Project reports. A showcase of the same during Interview is must.

• As a self-confident personality should enjoy conducting live and virtual trainings/presentations.

• Should have strong technical/products background with emphasis on AV applications as well as good understanding of audio network protocols.

• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.

• Should be a team player with excellent communication skills and Problem-solving abilities Self driven.
