Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for directly engaging with customers, retailers, distributors, and partners in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships, and enhance market presence.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a field environment while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition:

Identify and visit prospective and existing customers within the assigned area to promote and sell products or services.

Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions to match those requirements.

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
2. Market & Competitor Analysis:

Gather and report market information, including competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.

Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve product positioning.

Identify new sales opportunities and areas for market expansion.
3. Product Demonstrations & Promotions:

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and retailers.

Participate in promotional events, trade fairs, and roadshows to increase brand visibility.

Assist in merchandising, product displays, and ensuring proper shelf placement at retail outlets.
4. Order Management & Documentation:

Collect orders from customers and ensure timely and accurate entry into the sales system.

Follow up on order delivery schedules and resolve any delivery issues.

Maintain proper documentation of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses.
5. Customer Service & Support:

Address customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and customer service for smooth order processing.

Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager.

Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign execution and promotional activities.

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

Good knowledge of the local market and customer preferences

Basic computer skills to manage orders, reports, and communications

Valid driving license with ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
