Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a designated geographical area. The primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Sales Targets:

    • Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
    • Track and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services.
    • Clearly and effectively communicate product information to clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Market Intelligence:

    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market demands.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Travel and Meetings:

    • Conduct regular client visits and attend industry events to expand the network.
    • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Knowledge of the industry and products/services.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
    • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in sales, especially in a field-based role, is an advantage.
