Job Role

Responsible for Lead Generation with defined processes and new initiatives.
Responsible to set up meetings and conducting product demos personally and remotely.
Social Media Marketing account management.
Managing prospects as they move down the sales pipeline, engaging with them at every level of the sales cycle.
Working with Sales leadership, and the Technical team, to satisfy customers and prospects.
Developing relationships with customers, gaining referrals to prospective customers, and up-sells.
Inputting, updating, and maintaining customer notes.
Providing amazing customer service and answering solution-related questions.
