Job Description

Job Summary:

Support and Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the CT scanner machines.
Visit customer sites at Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers, clinics across Tamilnadu.
To be able to build customer relationships through the effective use of your technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated CT equipment.
Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
Repairs of the breakdown calls.
Maintaining daily communications to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner & reporting the responsibilities daily basis.

Qualification:

Candidate should be Degree/Diploma in Bio-medical Engineering
Freshers/ up to 1-year experience

Key Skills:

Willing to travel 100%
May be required to be available 24x7 on phone required to attain the call for any problem at allotted sites The ability to lift and carry a toolbox/Lift parts weighing up to the requirements
Preferably 2 wheeler for local visits.
Should be able to understand the instructions over the phone.
Good analytic skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000 / month Onwards + Travel allowance (for travel,food&Stay)
