Yfcf Ngo looking for field volunteer towards social work

Duties
Visit homes, businesses & public areas to raise funds
Educate people about our NGO’s mission & projects
Secure one-time & recurring donations
Maintain donor records & daily reports
Represent the NGO professionally in the community

Requirements:
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Passion for social work & fundraising
Ability to work independently & in a team
Prior sales or fundraising experience (preferred)

Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Field Volunteer to support our social work initiatives by engaging with communities, assisting in outreach programs, and implementing various social welfare activities. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, proactive, and willing to work in field conditions to bring positive change to society.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement & Outreach:

Visit communities, rural areas, or underprivileged sections to understand their needs.
Conduct awareness campaigns, workshops, and training sessions.
Build strong relationships with beneficiaries, local authorities, and stakeholders.

2. Program Implementation & Support:

Assist in the execution of social welfare projects, health camps, educational programs, and relief work.
Distribute essential materials like food, clothing, and educational resources.
Support women empowerment, child welfare, healthcare, and environmental initiatives.

3. Data Collection & Reporting:

Gather and document feedback, challenges, and success stories from the field.
Maintain records of beneficiaries and program impact.
Report findings to the project coordinators or NGO management team.

4. Fundraising & Awareness Campaigns:

Participate in fundraising activities and donation drives.
Promote the cause through social media, public events, and networking.
Engage with sponsors, donors, and corporate partners for financial support and partnerships.

5. Advocacy & Capacity Building:

Advocate for social justice, human rights, and policy changes in the community.
Train and empower local volunteers and youth to contribute to social work initiatives.
Conduct surveys, case studies, and research to improve outreach strategies.
