Objectives of this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Finance and HR Executive to join our Finance and HR team. This role involves managing the daily accounting & HR tasks, preparing financial statements, managing project budgets maintaining accurate financial records, HR records & Admin work. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, Finance & HR skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities
· Assist in managing daily accounting & HR tasks.
· Record and process all business transactions within the company's accounting system.
· Record and process employee cycle in the HRMS software.
· Prepare and manage daily expenses, invoices, and financial statements.
· Assist in making financial proposals, performance invoices, and other financial & HR documents.
· Contribute to project management, including costing, budgeting, tracking timelines, salary preparation, and ensuring financial compliance.
· Monitor project progress from a financial perspective and prepare cost reports.
· Handle payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of receivables.
· Assist with financial forecasting and risk analysis.
· Ensure compliance with accounting, financial & HR regulations.
· Strong understanding of the Recruitment Cycle and Payroll processes.
· Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding financial & HR matters.
Skills and Qualifications
· Master’s degree in HR & Finance, or a related field.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of Finance & HR experience is a plus.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and HR Processes.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting & HRMS Software.
· Good Knowledge of payroll preparation and screening of CVs of candidates.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
