Job Description

- Managing finance department for company accounts

- Dealing with stakeholders on day to day basis for clearing accounts

The ideal candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance and optimizing profitability. Responsibilities include inventory cost control, margin analysis, working capital management, and supporting strategic decisions through data-driven insights. Prior experience in retail finance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing financial reports, annual budgets, and cash flow projections.
Bookkeeping & Records: Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings (GST, VAT, corporate tax) and compliance with financial regulations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial analysis reports.
Audits & Risk Management: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
Vendor & Payroll Management: Process invoices, salaries, and financial transactions efficiently.
Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and support financial decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
