Role and Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
• Record financial transactions and ensure they are properly classified.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Generate periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Tax Compliance:
• Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with local, state, and central regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in tax laws and ensure compliance.
• Prepare TDS monthly statements.
• Prepare monthly GST filing statements with necessary bills and documents.
• Auditing:
• Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with established accounting standards.
• Cash Management:
• Manage cash flow to ensure the organization has sufficient funds for daily operations.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1+ years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Bangalore City, Karnataka (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Bangalore City, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (Required)
