Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the loan syndication process compliance and coordination with the bank
2. Work on advising clients on the optimal capital structure, company cash flow growth prospects, industry-specific issues & nature of assets
3. Work on the preparation of projections, financial statements analysis, etc.
4. Work on the valuation of corporates for the purpose of merger/acquisition, amalgamation, preferential issues, etc.
5. Provide opinion for the purposes as diverse as financial reporting, strategic decision making, restructuring, and dispute resolutions
6. Work on the preparation of information memorandum and project reports
