Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling that includes discounted cash flow, accretion/dilution analysis
2. Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing
3. Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
4. Create information memorandums
5. Perform new venture analysis
6. Work on industry benchmarking & venture analysis
7. Interact with VC, start up's, and incubators
8. Work on business conceptualization
9. Prepare a venture plan, and pitch books
10. Prepare a due diligence report
