Experience :

      2 years’ experience as an Finance Manager/ Asset Manager as leading a at least 2 members team in an environment of FMCG / manufacturing / asset-heavy / Telecom

Critical Requirements:

ü  Experience in writing SOPs, control framework and implementation

ü  At least 5+ years of experience (with 2 years as manager) in the industry of Manufacturing/Asset-Heavy/ Telecom/Significant Material Movement

ü  Analysis of Data and presentation

ü  Working knowledge of ERP (SAP / MS Dynamics / Odoo etc.)

Detail Job Description for Finance Manager 

• First hand experience in developing, implementing and monitoring SOPs, policy documents and internal control framework
• Deep understanding of financial statement, preparation of MIS
• Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Working knowledge in Regulatory compliance and taxation area
• Help establish company best practices related to accounting and internal control
• Suggest thoughtful, scalable approaches to reducing costs, streamlining processes, and improving margins
• Preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
• Work with auditors both within and outside of the company to ensure finalisation of Financial reporting and legal compliance
• Communicate with clients and in-house stakeholder
