Roles and Responsibilities

• Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
• Responsible for making outbound calls (UK) and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
• Understand the Customer requirements, and encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages.
• Need to be flexible with the UK time zone.
• Strictly adhere to the process requirements
• Able to achieve deadlines and targets as assigned
• Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customers

• Excellent communication both written and Verbal English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to think independently and make decisions
• Capable of working under pressure
• Should be a good Team player.
• Eager to learn new things and implement innovative ideas
• Persistent and Problem-solving abilities
• Good skills in computer, especially MS Excel
• Organizational and time-management skills
