Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- Responsible for making outbound calls (UK) and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
- Understand the Customer requirements, and encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages.
- Need to be flexible with the UK time zone.
- Strictly adhere to the process requirements
- Able to achieve deadlines and targets as assigned
- Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customers
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication both written and Verbal English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to think independently and make decisions
- Capable of working under pressure
- Should be a good Team player.
- Eager to learn new things and implement innovative ideas
- Persistent and Problem-solving abilities
- Good skills in computer, especially MS Excel
- Organizational and time-management skills
