Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to help inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities:-
Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights on the company’s financial position.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and key stakeholders.

Perform variance analysis to identify deviations from budgeted figures and prior periods.

Analyze cost structures and profit margins to identify areas of potential savings or efficiency improvements.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor and update forecasts based on actual performance and evolving business conditions.

Provide recommendations for cost control and financial optimization.

Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making in areas such as investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditures.

Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of various business strategies and financial decisions.

Reporting & Presentation:

Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting financial performance, key trends, and actionable insights.

Present financial findings to executives, assisting them in making data-driven decisions.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Support the company’s risk management efforts by analyzing financial risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and organized financial data, ensuring that financial systems and records are up to date.

Identify areas where financial data can be streamlined or improved.

Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role, typically 2-5 years.

Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Familiarity with accounting software and financial tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial statements.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
