Job Description
VACANCY FOR GRADUATE ENGINEERING FRESHERS IN MNC PROFILE.
QUALIFICATION: B.E OR B.TECH WITH 70% PLUS AGGREGATE.B.E/B.Tech 2024-25 ENGINEERING GRADUATE FRESHERS PREFERRED. (COMPUTER SCIENCE/IT BRANCH PREFERRED.)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection and Data Management

Collect and process large volumes of financial data from various sources, including financial statements, transaction records, market data, and customer interactions.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data by implementing and maintaining robust data pipelines.

Work closely with data engineers and software developers to optimize data collection processes and data storage.

Manage and organize both structured and unstructured data, ensuring it is easily accessible for analysis.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
-
Perform detailed analysis on financial data, market trends, customer behavior, transaction patterns, and other key metrics to provide actionable insights.

Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and trends that can inform financial strategies.

Analyze transaction data, lending data, or investment portfolios to support financial decision-making and risk management.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management teams and stakeholders, translating complex data findings into easily understandable conclusions.

Develop financial models and perform statistical analysis to forecast business performance and support product development.
3. Financial Product Optimization and Performance Metrics

Work with product teams to assess the performance of fintech products (e.g., loans, investments, insurance, digital wallets) using data-driven approaches.

Monitor KPIs and other performance metrics (e.g., customer acquisition costs, retention rates, ARPU, lifetime value) to measure the success of product offerings.

Use customer data to assess product usage patterns and customer feedback, providing recommendations for improvement or innovation.
4. Risk Management and Compliance

Analyze and model risk data, including credit risk, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance data.

Identify trends and patterns that could indicate potential risks or compliance issues, and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks.

Develop and monitor financial forecasting models to assess and manage financial risk.
5. Data Visualization and Dashboards

Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present complex financial data to non-technical stakeholders.

Design financial reports and visualizations to highlight trends, forecast performance, and assist in strategic planning.

Regularly update reports and dashboards to reflect the latest data, ensuring that decision-makers have access to the most up-to-date insights.
6. Collaboration and Strategic Insights

Collaborate with various business units including finance, marketing, sales, and product management to provide data insights that influence business strategy.

Present findings and insights in meetings with senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Help define the data strategy and support the implementation of new analytics initiatives across the organization.
