Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Fire Sales Executive to join our Fire Division to work collaboratively in a team environment, performing commercial and technical requirements. This role includes coordinating with the project team, clients, and regulatory agencies.
HSE Integro Pvt. Ltd. is a full-service, design-build firm specializing in consulting, Installation, commissioning & safety services.
What do we look for in our Fire Sales Executive?
- Our ideal candidate is a graduate student, with a bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be detail oriented, well organized, and possess excellent follow-up skills.
- Must be self –motivated, able to multi‐task and work independently.
- Must enjoy working with and communicating effectively with people of all backgrounds and skill sets.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required and/or Microsoft Project preferred.
What do our Fire Sales Executive do?
Project Coordination:
- Communicate with clients and project resources (subcontractors, vendors, trades) with guidance and approval from Project Manager, documents discussions, outcomes, and decisions.
- Coordinate equipment procurement with purchasing department.
- Support Request for Information (RFI) process.
Documentation:
- Maintain drawings, daily correspondence with trades, schedules, RFI logs and superintendent daily reports.
- Assist in the client and subcontractor change order process.
- Create Requests for Information (RFI)
- Process, review, log and distribute submittals.
- Publish Operations and Maintenance Manuals for clients.
- Tracking of construction progress and earned value reporting
- Assists in billing.
Communication
- Attend team management meetings and training.
- Communicates and coordinates with HSE Integro subcontractors. Includes the routing of any correspondence.
- Communicates with Project Managers and other Project Engineers for daily duties.
- Supports field foremen and crews as needed.
Sales/Estimation:
- Conducts jobs walks with clients to assess scope of potential projects
- Develops budgets in response to general contractor requests for proposals; weighs risks versus benefits of various potential jobs with input.
- Manages customer relationships in order to maintain long-term business growth; promptly answers client communications to maintain HSE Integro customer service reputation.
