Job Description
Fitness Trainer at Stingray Swimming and Fitness Centre
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training plans.
Lead and supervise individual and group exercise sessions.
Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
Provide education on proper form, nutrition, and overall wellness.
Foster a motivating and supportive training environment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends and techniques.
Ensure a safe and clean workout area.
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a fitness trainer or instructor.
Strong understanding of exercise physiology and nutrition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate clients.
First Aid and CPR certification.
