should keep himself available at customer site as per the requirements and
support for uninterrupted IT facilities and services
·        Troubleshoot
as and when required
·        Supervise
in case of the project execution at customer site
·        Ensure
new product installation, configuration and resolve issues
·    Hand
on experience on below IT systems – L2 /L1 switch configuration, Router
configuration, P2P device configuration, OFC splicing, OTDR testing, network
rack dressing, CCTV installation and troubleshooting, trouble shooting of all
types of computer systems etc.
·        Understand
network drawing, infrastructure, connectivity drawing
