Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Supervision of staff at Department.
* Maintain records through manual and software of each and every material which enters In and Out of the company.
* Daily Records should be submitted to the head office at the end of your duty closing hours. 
* Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned.
* Responsible for the performance of floor staff.
* Involve store staff in accomplishing store goals.
* Take an active role in own development.
* Communicate staff concerns to management.
* Support all company / management decisions
