Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Install and service bath fittings, faucets, showers, and sanitaryware products.
Attend customer service complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Diagnose plumbing and fitting issues and perform repairs or replacements.
Conduct product inspections and preventive maintenance visits.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and service coordinators.
Maintain daily service reports and job completion records.
Ensure proper usage of tools and safety procedures during service work.
Educate customers about product usage and maintenance.
Manage spare parts inventory and report material requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at customer sites.
Required Skills
Knowledge of plumbing systems and bathroom fittings.
Basic understanding of installation and repair techniques.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and travel locally.
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, plumbing, or related service industry.
Valid driving license preferred.
