Compensation: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience) + potential ESOP
Job Summary
As the Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founder on everything from product development, fundraising, and operations, to market research, customer development, and strategic planning. You will be the right hand of the founder—part chief of staff, part problem-solver, and part operator—helping turn big ideas into executed plans.
This is a high-trust, high-impact, and high-autonomy role for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and own the zero-to-one journey of a fintech venture powered by cutting-edge AI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Initiatives

Work with the founder to define and prioritize company goals, roadmaps, and key milestones.

Drive execution on high-priority initiatives across product, go-to-market, hiring, and fundraising.

Conduct deep market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.
2. Product & Tech Collaboration

Support early product development by gathering user feedback, writing requirements, and managing timelines.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams (in-house or outsourced) to ensure successful product iterations.

Test prototypes, manage UATs, and help validate technical solutions.
3. Operations and Company Building

Set up and manage internal processes, systems, tools, and dashboards for finance, HR, compliance, etc.

Assist in building a culture of execution, transparency, and learning from day one.

Take ownership of early hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new team members.
4. Fundraising & Investor Relations

Prepare pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms for investor conversations.

Join fundraising calls with angels or VCs; manage investor follow-ups and relationship tracking.

Monitor key metrics and produce investor updates with clarity and impact.
5. Marketing & Growth

Conduct customer discovery interviews and help define buyer/user personas.

Support the development of landing pages, marketing content, and early acquisition strategies.

Analyze user behavior and growth metrics to iterate on go-to-market approaches.
6. General Problem Solving

Own undefined problems that arise and bring clarity, structure, and execution to solve them.

Be proactive in identifying gaps and opportunities in every part of the business.

Function as an extension of the founder—whether that’s preparing for a board meeting or jumping into a sales call.
