Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Effectively handle Front office and responsible for handling inbound queries and outbound calls with high quality.
- Able to understand the caller requirement and provide guidance to the caller.
- Effectively handle the digital campaigns of the company from time to time as instructed.
Skills:
- Must be strong in Verbal communication.
- Must be good at synchronizing transactional data in a meaningful way and prepare MIS.
- Basic computer knowledge covering Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is
- Must be Fluent in Hindi, English and at least one regional language (Preferably Kannada / Telugu)
