Job Title: Front Desk Executive – Aesthedocs Skin Clinic
Location: AESTHEDOCS SKIN CLINIC Saibaba colony, Coimbatore
Timing: Full-time | 6 days a week | Sunday holiday (10.30am - 7.30 pm)
Experience: 1+ year preferred (clinic/hospital/beauty industry)
We are looking for a smart, friendly, and well-groomed Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our leading skin and aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant front-desk experience. As the face of the clinic, your role is critical in shaping client impressions and maintaining a professional and caring environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally
Manage appointments and scheduling using software/diary
Handle patient queries in-person and via phone
Maintain reception area hygiene and patient records
Coordinate with doctor and staff for smooth flow
Skills Required:
Good communication (English & Tamil)
Pleasant personality & people skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing & Excel) hospital management software
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)
