Educational Qualification -
- Graduate
- 0-1 year experience in front desk or admin operations
- Working Knowledge of MS office
Responsibilities/Duties -
- Greet guest and provide them administrative assistance
Experience in Inventory Management.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable & equipped with necessary supplies.
- Answers all incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate departments and take down message.
- Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails as and when required.
- Maintain visitor register and coordinate with Vendors or suppliers as per requirements.
- Coordinate with HR ,admin and finance department.
- Maintain petty cash daily basis.
