Job Overview
The Front Desk Pharmacist is responsible for providing support at the pharmacy’s front desk, assisting customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for undergraduates, trainees, or degree holders interested in gaining practical exposure in the pharmaceutical field.
This is a part-time position with a 1-month training program, designed to familiarize candidates with pharmacy operations, customer service, and basic pharmaceutical knowledge. No prior experience is required, making it an excellent entry point for those seeking a career in pharmacy or healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Welcome and assist customers visiting the pharmacy.

Provide information on medicine availability, basic usage instructions, and pharmacy services.

Maintain polite, patient, and professional communication at all times.
2. Prescription Handling

3. Inventory & Stock Management

Report low-stock or expired items to senior pharmacists.

Support the pharmacy team in ordering and receiving medicines.

Help with tracking stock movement and updating inventory databases.
4. Billing & Payment Assistance

Assist customers in billing and payment processes.

Issue receipts and maintain transaction records.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy billing procedures.
5. Administrative & Documentation Support

Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock updates, and customer interactions.

6. Learning & Training
