Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage conference room schedules
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
