Job Description
Job Profile:
- Only Female Candidates with Good & presentable Personality aged between 18 Years to 26 Years
- Air, Railway ticket and Bus/Hotel ticket booking.
- Attend to all Walk-in / telephonic / Email queries related all travel services
- Issue Daily Basis Rail/Air tickets as per customers choice & preference & instruction from Higher authority
- Assist all Walk in for Hotel Reservation, Passport - Visa - Pan
- Understand customer's requirements and provide accurate, comprehensive travel package.
- Coordinate with Head Office for Group / Customized quotations
- Follow up on inquiries rigorously to ensure maximum conversions
- General Administrative Jobs or jobs as and when assigned by HOD, includes Coordination with various departments for travel, hotel reservation, etc.
- Processing reimbursement claims
- Processing bills including utility bills and follow-up for their timely payment.
- Bills related to air ticket, railway ticket booking; bill of security & housekeeping agencies; Hotel reservation, Guest house; Car booking bills , Xerox copies, telephone bills, electricity bill
- Preparation of Miscellaneous letters
- Manage Various MIS Reports
- Maintain the Office Decorum as per instruction
- Follow the instruction of Higher authority & execute it immediately.
Required Skills:
- Smart and presentable personality
- Fluent in English , Bengali
- Good communication skills
- Should be Energetic.
